I confess, I've eaten it 8 out of the past 10 days, but I really like it! This week I made it with parmesan and home-made pesto:

Hi Katie, This is so funny...I made polenta for the first time ever last night for my husband and me and I AM OBSESSED! That is how I found your blog. So obsessed with it that I am making it again tonight. I am afraid it might be addictive. So glad someone else feels this way!
